Neat & Tangled // Release Week Day 3

Why hello again! It’s Day 3 of the January Release! How are you all loving the new products so far? Just a reminder that all new products will be available in the Neat & Tangled Shop on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 8am EST.

My projects for today are showcasing the Calathea Stamps and Dies. There are SO MANY ways to combine these stamps, it’s endless!

I created a relaxed natural look by stamping the leaves in a green ombre and off setting a lot of their accent stamps. The little dots are from the Love Notes set.

For my second project I created a monotone card with greys and distressed the ink a bit for another relaxed/aged look. I loved how if you use certain combinations of these stamps they can also look like feathers. 🙂

Leave a comment on the Neat & Tangled Blog for your chance to win the Calathea stamp set! There will ALSO be a $25 gift certificate drawn from all comments left on the design team blogs so be sure to leave one here, too! Tell me how you would use these stamps! 😉

Beautiful ideas here. I’m a bit overwhelmed with all of them swirling around my head. But I tend to like CAS cards, so I’d probably use one of the images as central with a background of a different leaf. I don’t know! Too hard to decide without the stamps actually in hand. But I’d love a chance to experiment!

These are delightful and loved the first one especially because of the sentiment and falling leaves!

Such beautiful cards Stephanie. My first thought when I saw the set was “what a beautiful background these would make”. I would quite possibly cut out 2 additional leaves to pop up on one side of the sentiment.

I would use these in many ways, but one I was just thinking about was a sympathy card. I like how you made a card with grey looking leaves.

Your cards are beautiful – as are the leaves in this stamp set. I use leaves all the time on my cards – they represent the changes in our lives. Thank you for your gorgeous inspiration!
