Welcome back friends! Today’s PTI celebration is all about 2013 and I am working with the Cupid’s Arrow Stamp Set:
I absolutely love making Valentine’s Day projects and little gifts for my kiddos so today I put together a tag and baggie set for some treats.
I started out by creating a few different patterns on cardstock by stamping the hearts and arrows over and over. I also layered a doily on top of one of my tags and trimmed it down for a little added texture. After die cutting the Framed Heart Die from white cardstock, I then trimmed it out of the frame so I only used the “love” portion.
There is something so fun about love and Valentine’s Day sets that just never get old to me. I love how you can use them over and over again from year to year and they always seem brand new and still so fun!
LOVE VALENTINES TREAT BAG:

Edited due to change in blog hop! – You should have arrived here from the sweet Jessica Frost-Ballas’ Blog!
It’s the last day of the Lil Inker Designs July Release Blog Hop! The latest release is LIVE and you can find the entire thing here. Ok!! I have one more project for you which if you have been following along the past few days, you probably saw it on the Lil Inker Blog on Day 1.
I put together this super fun pillow box by stamping the whole thing with the Doodled Daisies Stamps and accenting it with the Doodled Daisies Stamps & Dies, some twine, and of course, this SUPER FUN Boxed Up: So Happy For You Die.
So that’s it for me for this release! Thank you so much for hopping along! Don’t forget to leave some love for a chance to win! You’re headed off to the lovely Joy Taylor’s Blog again… Much love!!
Helllllloooooooo my dears! I have what I believe is the cutest pocket tag to share with you today! I made this sweet little thing for my babygirl. She LOVES making little envelopes and “mailboxes” and leaving special drawings and notes for each other. So I put together this tag and added a little pocket to it, to hold a secret note for her.
I started with the Tribal Chic Pattern Papers and one of the Anytime Tag 2 Dies and cut out 2 of them. I sliced one in half and adhered it to a couple pieces of kraft cardstock that are acting as accordion buffers between my two tags. once I was ready to put them together, I added little mini staples as extra embellishments. The sentiment at the top is from the Greetings and Salutations stamp set. (which is on sale right now!!)
Inside the handmade pocket I slipped a little piece of kraft cardstock that I stamped with hearts and a little mini sentiment. Just something extra and fun for her.
Cute right???! You may have noticed my stamping slip up on one of the hearts!! Luckily my sweet daughter is gracious in my stamping mistakes haha. Sometimes, I just need to let the imperfections go!! 🙂
Much love to all of you this weekend! I am grateful for you all! <3
Hey everyone! I am up on the Honey Bee Stamps blog today with a card and matching envelope using a newly released stamp set! Check out the post here. Much love friends!
Oh my goodness, you guys!! I have been keeping this secret for so long and it has been SO HARD!!! I am SO very proud to announce that I am a new member of the Lil Inker Design Team!!!! (shrieking girly squeals of joy… don’t mind me…)
You should have arrived here from the super talented and lovely Chrissy Larson’s blog! I have been working all month getting new release projects ready for this hop (and I may have gotten a bit carried away) and I am so happy to share a few of them with you today!!
I thought I’d start out the hop using the Vintage Flower Stamps and Coordinating Dies! These flowers have so much detail, they are absolutely gorgeous! I used a teal ink to stamp the flowers and then wet a paint brush to blend the color in a bit. I used the same technique on the leaves with a green ink. The “happy birthday” sentiment is from the Vintage Label Sentiment Stamps and I made the background with Lil Inker’s Dotted Scallop Cover Up Die which is from a previous release.
I used the same techniques for this second card and finished it off with the Diamond Lace Cover Up Die (also from a previous release).
Aren’t those flower stamps beautiful?? For my last project today I made a little pillow box (I LOVE to use these as gift card holders because you can dress them up and make them so dang cute!!) and fancied it up for a nice gift for Mother’s Day or the like. I used the same Vintage Flower Stamp and Die sets and also the Vintage Label Sentiments and coordinating Die. I love this Label Sentiment set. You could use that baby on cards, on gifts as a gift tag, for scrapbooking, it is SO versatile.
The full release is live NOW and you can find it here!! Here are the full sets I showcased today and you will see plenty more over the next two days!
Your next stop is the fabulous Sarah Jay’s blog!! But don’t forget to leave a comment on this post because there is a $15 Lil Inker gift certificate up for grabs for one lucky winner who comments along the way!!
Happy crafting friends!! Much love!
