Well hey hey hey! It’s that time again!! Lil Inker July Release Blog Hop!!!!! Woo woo!! You should have arrived here from our newest DT member, Jessica Frost-Ballas’ blog!! If you don’t know her yet, she is super super sweet and crazy talented. Make sure you give her a huge welcome!!
My first card uses the new Fringe Scallop Circle Dies to create a little contrast in the background and then I created the flowers using the SUPER CUTE new Doodled Daisies Dies & Stamps. These little guys are so much fun!!
I made the sentiment using the Everyday Word Tag Dies and then covering the entire thing in Glossy Accents. Just something different than I usually do! 🙂
The second card I made for today’s post is all about the PARTY YA’LL!!!! (Just ignore my randomness, please.) I absolutely adore how this card came out. It’s super simple and really fun all at the same time! I created the background using the Quilted Stitched Spirals Die. For the sentiment, I had first thought about reversing the letters and creating a balloon effect but then I switched them around and made them hang and tied the little bows. The letters are made with the previously released Alphabet Gem Stamps and the brand new Alphabet Gem Dies.
Alrighty folks! Make sure to comment on each post along the hop for your chance to win some Lil Inker goodies! Your next stop is the lovely Lisa Henke’s blog! Happy Hopping!
Happy Saturday! I am reflecting on the Bible with this incredible faith art kit on the Creative Retreat Blog today!
Good morning friends! I am up on the Creative Retreat blog today with this lovely Hello card! Papers are Cocoa Vanilla Studio. 🙂 Click HERE to check it out!
Hey there! I made a little mini album the other day with a few instax photos I took of my kids being silly and playing in a cardboard box haha. I used Honey Bee stamps and some Papertrey Ink dies and cardstock to make the album. I hope you enjoy it!
Just a fun little project that I got to make while my littles were crafting beside me. 🙂 See you soon!
Helllllloooooooo my dears! I have what I believe is the cutest pocket tag to share with you today! I made this sweet little thing for my babygirl. She LOVES making little envelopes and “mailboxes” and leaving special drawings and notes for each other. So I put together this tag and added a little pocket to it, to hold a secret note for her.
I started with the Tribal Chic Pattern Papers and one of the Anytime Tag 2 Dies and cut out 2 of them. I sliced one in half and adhered it to a couple pieces of kraft cardstock that are acting as accordion buffers between my two tags. once I was ready to put them together, I added little mini staples as extra embellishments. The sentiment at the top is from the Greetings and Salutations stamp set. (which is on sale right now!!)
Inside the handmade pocket I slipped a little piece of kraft cardstock that I stamped with hearts and a little mini sentiment. Just something extra and fun for her.
Cute right???! You may have noticed my stamping slip up on one of the hearts!! Luckily my sweet daughter is gracious in my stamping mistakes haha. Sometimes, I just need to let the imperfections go!! 🙂
Much love to all of you this weekend! I am grateful for you all! <3
