Welcome to ambassador week at Papertrey Ink! Today is the Travelers Journal focus and we are all about adding Monthly Moments products into our journals!

My scheme for this album is kraft, black, and red, with hints of white. I used paint splatter to keep the vibe a little artsy without going too overboard for the look I wanted.

These gorgeous die cuts are from the new Travelers Journal: December sets and they are a MUST HAVE for december documenters!

The Moments Inked: Day by Day Lists stamp set also helped me create a relaxed album guide.

The giant Journal Card 6 die is from the Monthly Moments Collection. For those of you who haven’t looked into the MM collections yet, do yourself a favor and take a peek because they are the perfect complement to the Travelers Journals!! For this layout, I die cut it from kraft cardstock and stamped the “believe in magic” sentiment repeatedly to create a line at the bottom. I finished it off with an oversized white protection ring and black and white twine.

My next layout features the Monthly Moments Instant Photo 1 die. Now I use this die for everything but it’s never been more useful than when creating an album. The small size of the die cuts is perfect for these Travelers Journals and give you just enough space to journal at the bottom and add a decent size photo in the frame. A little wrap of twine on one side and it’s done! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hey there friends!! Did you all have fun celebrating Halloween?? My kids LOVE dressing up so they had such a blast. My sweet girl was a fairy for one party and Princess Belle for another… and my sweet boy was a puppy for one and Gecko from Disney’s PJ Masks for another! I just adore watching their excitement while we have fun with friends. ๐Ÿ™‚ To see a photo from the evening check out my Instagram page HERE.

Now onto the Papertrey Throwback Thursday fun!!

Background Basics: Sheet Music is one of those sets that is so versatile, you could EASILY match it up with almost any other set, theme, holiday, etc. Since we’ve been in a Christmas kick lately I decided to match it up with the lovely new Sing a Song of Christmas stamps and dies.

The sentiment is stamped onto one of the Bookmark dies (previously released) and then the sheet music accents the theme below. I mixed Saffron Spice and Bright Buttercup for a fun muted color combination that wouldn’t compete too much with the rest of the card.

The Bitty Big: Pure Poppy cardstock adds that color pop at the bottom and the Treble Clef die perfectly accentuates the card’s theme.

The card is finished off with some embellishments from the Wonderland Trimmings Kit. I actually put that thin red striped ribbon through my Xyron and made it a mini washi to stick right across the card front. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks so much for joining me today!! Be sure to check out with the other ladies have designed with this awesome set and have a wonderful weekend!!

Hello again! Today is the last day of what I lovingly call Papertrey’s “Inspiration Week” and we are talking about the new Cloche Quarters: Winter Fillers stamp set in addition to the Pen & Ink: Christmas set.

For the Cloche Winter Fillers I immediately fell in love with these adorable ornaments!! They are soooooo cute!! I went with a blue/green color combination and stacked them high in a simple cloche case on a kraft background. Aren’t they beautiful?

Now onto the Pen & Ink: Christmas set which was majorly delayed (but Lizzie and I happened to snag a couple sample sets while we were filming the release party) so there probably won’t be much on these today. However, they are as beautiful as ever and I will forever buy anything that’s created in this font!! ๐Ÿ™‚

I went with a festive, layered look for this card. The sentiment is stamped on vellum and accented with some of the papers from the Wonderland kit. I still managed to keep things airy even with the bold red in the flowers and ribbon and I just love how it turned out!

And of course that birch paper will always have a place in my heart so I had to put it right on top. ๐Ÿ™‚

by Stephanie Gold for Papertrey Ink to the point edgers pen and ink snowflakes

Hey again!! Today I am focusing on the latest To The Point Edgers 2 Dies! I made this simple card by die cutting a little edger strip and layered it on the bottom of a white cardstock panel that was die cut with the same edger die.

The sentiment is from the new Pen & Ink stamp set and the bottom pattern paper is the new Dark Indigo Bitty Big. ๐Ÿ™‚ I also created a fun little winter embellishment by cutting a Silver White Winter die from Aqua Mist felt and layering a beaded wire wrapped in white string (from the Wonderland trimmings kit).

Thanks so much for stopping by! We will be back again tomorrow with one more post of inspiration from this month’s release! See you then!

Welcome to another fun version of Papertrey Ink’s Throwback Thursdays! Today we are revisiting the Fair Isle Motifs stamp set.

by Stephanie Gold for Papertrey Ink throwback thursdays fair isle motifs

I really wanted to use light airy colors so I decided on a combination of Ocean Tides, Aqua Mist, and Lemon Tart. By starting with a center point and stamping equally 4 times around each “corner” you create a fun pattern with a central focal point.

by Stephanie Gold for Papertrey Ink throwback thursdays fair isle motifs

Since my pattern colors are subdued, I went with a big bold sentiment in the center. The card is finished off with a thin bit of natural twine.

Thank you so much for joining me today! Do you have this set? What have you created with it lately??
