Hey friends! Some time ago I put together a set of cards for my church that I loved so much and wanted to share with you today. I used a combination of Maggie Holmes Open Book products and Papertrey Ink stamps and dies.
The stamp sets I used were A Cheerful Heart and Choose Joy. The sentiments in these sets are some of my favorites.
Each card is the same layout with just a couple details changed. This made for a quick process and a fun eclectic finish on a cheerful card set.
Do you ever put card sets like this one together? What are your favorite products to use? Thanks for stopping by! Happy Monday!!
Hey friends! Taking a little break from the December Daily posts today. I have been putting together card sets quite often recently and it has been a lot of fun making multiple cards that are all different but very similar. Today I used Papertrey Ink’s wet paint stamp set, polka dots stamp set, Hero Arts black ink (my favorite), and some floral ephemera from Maggie Holmes Open Book Collection. These PTI/MH combos are endless!! Love them sooooooo much!
I made four cards total and tried to place in some glitter or foil in each of them. A subtle detail that is much easier to see in person is the cursive “happy” I stamped behind the polka dots. I believe this stamp is from PTI’s Embellished Elegance stamp set. It’s stamped in soft stone & the polka dots are stamped in Versamark Smokey Grey.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Celebrate Card Set! Happy crafting!
Hello dears! Happy early Thanksgiving! I have been going through birthday cards like crazy lately so I decided to make myself a birthday wishes card set so I could quickly grab one every time I needed a last minute birthday card. I used a stamp from a $5 mini Papertrey Ink stamp set, a bunch of floral ephemera from Maggie Holmes Open Book Collection, and pattern paper from her collection as well.
I switched up one of the cards with a Delicate Details die cut from PTI, a border die from Sizzix, & the Maggie Holmes Confetti leaf dies.
Isn’t all the glitter fun?! I should probably make a more masculine birthday card wishes set too… 😉 Much love friends!
Hello dear friends!! So I was thinking the other day how I truly love combining Papertrey Ink stamps & dies with Maggie Holmes papers, ephemera, etc. Today’s card uses PTI’s Framed Love Die, Rosie Posie stamps, & their Soft Stone ink, and Maggie Holmes polka dot pattern paper, and a sticker from her Open Book Collection.
I wanted to accent the “love” a bit more so I slipped a piece of vellum behind it to soften the polka dots a bit. I love how the flower sticker stands out when placed above the soft stone flowers that are stamped in the background.
If you have this love die too, what creative ways have you come up with to use it? Do you have any favorite product combos like Papertrey Ink and Maggie Holmes?

Hello, hello! Can you believe we are already at the end of August?? I always feel like August is one of the fastest months to fly by because of the newly starting school year (here in Arizona our school year starts the first week of August). So today I have a fun summery card to finish out the month. I am using regular ephemera, floral ephemera, and pattern paper from Maggie Holmes Open Book collection as well as a hello stamp from Papertrey Ink’s Wet Paint stamp set. The twine wrapped around the top is from a Studio Calico add-on kit.
Doesn’t the top kind of remind you of a fun summer hippie headband??
Hoping you all have a great week and a fresh start in September! Cross your fingers for cooler weather, friends. Who’s ready for fall?!
