Welcome back to Day 2 of Papertrey Ink’s January 2019 Release! Today I am showcasing a fun new stamp and die set from the lovely Rebecca Luminarias called Frame It Out: What’s Inside as well as another solid essential die set from Lizzie Jones, Nesting Basics: Ovals.
How clever are these sentiments?! I love the warnings Rebecca included in the stamps – everything from glitter warnings, fun, excitement, confetti, a million thank you’s and more!! These will surely get smiles on the receiving end 😉
I die cut the decorative frame into a thick oval I cut from the new nesting frames and stamped on my card base for a fun popped up design.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I will see you again tomorrow for more delicious Papertrey goodies!
It’s the start of another Papertrey Stamp-A-Faire and I am so honored and humbled to be contributing to the fun this year!! I am celebrating Year 2 of anniversaries in traditional American fashion… with COTTON! I made up a fun video for you all and I hope you join in and make something beautiful!!
Hello friends… 😉 I am just coming back from an amazing vacation back to nature and away from technology (well needed) and feeling refreshed! I already miss the trees and creeks but it’s always a good time to get back into the craft room. 🙂
I have a card for you today that I am slightly obsessed with. I finally caved and bought some of the Wet Paint sets from Papertrey Ink and they did NOT disappoint. I combined them with more of Maggie Holmes Open Book collection for a fun and girly card accented with large florals and gold, glittery leaves. I am one to give away most of the cards I make but I may be holding on to this little one for a while… it just makes me happy! 🙂
I hope you all have been enjoying your summers! I am looking forward to the school year starting in a week or so and hopefully having a little more time making cards. 🙂 Happy creating!
I have a fun winter card for you today using Studio Calico’s digital die cuts and fun glitter cardstock from Die Cuts With A View. Let’s get to it! >>
For this card I started out by die cutting the snowflakes out of glitter cardstock on my Silhouette in different sizes. I adhered them to a trimmed piece of white cardstock and added a couple gems in the middle for added sparkle. I stamped the sentiment with smokey gray ink in the bottom left corner and adhered the cardstock to the card base with 3D adhesives. I kept this card nice and simple with a lot of white for a winter wonderland feel. >>
For the inside of the card I used a special Christmas sentiment that I also stamped in smokey gray.
Well that’s it for today! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and have a safe New Year’s Eve!
