Hello all! It’s time for another throwback with Papertrey Ink! Today we get to showcase one of my *favorite* past die collections… Delicate Details!! Yayyyyyaaaaaa Seriously I put these die cuts on everything… I add them to the bottom of tags, hitched on the string of tags, to gift bags, to cards… everything!! But today I wanted to show you how to create a quick and simple card using the largest die cut as a focal point.
I cut out the largest die in Enchanted Evening and Limeade Ice and layered them on my card base.
I popped up two white panels on either side so that the die cuts are now set back into the card.
The sentiment is from Keep It Simple: Thank You and using two of the fonts, it adds an extra bit of color as well.
Elegance and class in a flash, right?! 😉
Thanks so much for joining me today! Be sure to check out the other ladies’ creations on the Papertrey Blog! Happy crafting!
Hey friends! I am up on the Papertrey YouTube channel today with a brand new Make it Monday! I will be showing you some fun ways to incorporate different types of papers into your cardmaking and challenging you to try the same!
Hello my friends! Today is Throwback Thursday with Papertrey Ink and I can’t wait to share this week’s stamp set with you… Mini Blooms!!!
This quickly became one of my favorite sets. It was originally designed by the great Maile Belles and has her innovation and charm all over it. This set is deceptively large and gives you so many options for creating fun floral arrangements with a trendy/fresh vibe.
I paired my florals today with a background created with the Bitty Big: Soft Stone and Mix & Mat: Plaid and created a little twine wrap along two of the sides for some added whimsy.
Thank you so much for joining me today! Be sure to check out Lizzie and Heather’s creations on the Papertrey Blog as well. 🙂 Much love!
How have you all been loving the Papertrey release so far?? Make sure you stop by the Papertrey Team Blog to see all the projects from the DT! 😉
Today we are introducing Birthday Balloons and Birthday Strings.
The base of my card is made by stamping Birthday Strings sentiments repeatedly in different colors. I stamped over top of them in grey with some dots from Polka Dot Basics (these never go out of style). The focal point is the balloon which I stamped in black and embossed the mini “wish big” sentiment in white. I was trying to get a more masculine friendly design for this one.
The string is made of natural twine that is adhered in place. 🙂
Be sure to check us out all week for more info on the upcoming January release which is live on the Papertrey web site January 15th at 10PM ET.
And join Lizzie, Julie and I on our FB Release Party Live right before on the 15th at 9PM ET. Much love all!
