Welcome welcome! Today for Papertrey Ink’s release we are talking all about the second edition of Jennifer Campbell’s gorgeous floral collection, Botanical Bounty 2.

Jennifer has done it again and made even more beautiful flowers. For this rainbow card I used some additional ink on a paintbrush and made some outlines around the edges for a more distinct detail.

And who doesn’t love a good rainbow???

A good tip for this technique is to use an ink color two shades darker than your flower for the outline color.

You all know I am all about the light and airy cards. For this one I used my favorite technique of spraying the ink on the stamp before pressing it to the paper. It gives such a soft look and blends ink colors seamlessly.

For a fun added detail, I punched small holes around the bottom of my floral bunch and tied twine through them. I thought it turned out so cute!

That pattern strip in the background is the newest Bitty Big, Tropical Teal.

For my final project I really want to show off all the stamps together. I used a wholeeeeee bunch of different ones from the set in coordinating colors to create this beautiful background.

The tag is made from Harvest Gold Bitty Big and the background color is in Berry Sorbet. It adds such a nice pop of color for a truly springy card.

I’ve enjoyed all the cards you shared today, the first two a little more than the third. The reason for that is the stamp set, not you. I’ve gotten so accustomed to the added depth that layered stamping gives, that your third card looks a little flat to me, even with all the gorgeous color. The additions you made to the images in the first two card just make the flowers pop.
